after recent success at St Clair, I am looking at doing Richmond river ABT in a few weeks.
never fished for Bass in a river system as such, so I would like to ask what I will need to tie on to 4 or 6lb line. - Jerk baits, Spinner baits, heavy / light jigheads, plastics, top water or all the above.

feel free to PM answers

I do not want secrets spots or best colour lures, I just advice on what to try 1st.

thanks all.

Tony

Hey Tony,

My stomping ground mate.

Its a dirty water so use bigger line such as 12-15lb. The fish there are very responsive to light for some reason so early morning and late arvo is the only surface action. S`baits work very well purple my fav as per most people. Vibes and such like go well. Like I said its always dirty so noisy and visual.
